Hi all.

I saw a screenshot on a Cydia package where someone had some sort of widget running on their iPhone which showed the weather right along the top border of the docking area.

I thought this was an interesting utility, but I searched everything with the word weather and was not able to find it. Does anyone happen to know what this program is called within Cydia?

I am also wondering if it is possible to change the name of your cell phone provider that shows in the upper status bar to something else using some sort of Cydia utility?

Changing the carrier name can be done a few different ways.

Install "Make it Mine" from Cydia to do that.

As far as the Weather Widgets, if you search for "weather widget" on this site, you'll find a few different threads with them, with instructions on how to use them.

They're not a program, but an HTML script written into the background image on the phone...anyways, you can download um here.
