Source Error : Undetermined Error?

I have a 3g fw 2.2 jailbroken iphone yesterday i deided to restore it and rejailbreak after i quickpwn i tried to download a few apps on cydia and it would give me Source Error:Undetermined Error, I was able to download cycorder and other apps but sbsettings, dtunes, mxtube and alot of other apps give me that error does anyone know how to fix this? And also I have tried to restore and rejailbreak again but i get the same
