Please help..cydia not updating

Someone please help, I've seen others with this problem but can't find the answer...for the past few days I haven't had one new app(changed section) and I know there has to be some because I have almost every source installed and I used to get something new at least every hour. Someone please help. Thanks

I've had this happen a couple of times - the things that have kicked it back into working fashion are:

1. Reboot the phone. FIRST program to run after rebooting must be cydia. I think it's a memory issue or something?
2. Remove one source and then reinstall it...

Both work independently. Wish it just worked though. You probably have some errors popping up when you go to terminal use the usual 'apt-get update' commands?
