my cydia has 5 of the Themes (springboard) folder, but all the other ones all just have 1 folder each. can some one help me thanks.

do all of those folders have the same content in them? Have you perhaps added more sources (other than just those that come preinstalled with cydia)?

no they're not different its the exact same content but just double and triples of the same folder...
