Any idea on what causes this error? Im trying to install apps in cydia and i get this lovely message. Also, a bunch of apps arent showing up in cydia like winterboard or openssh?

I have the same problem after restoring my phone . ive restored twice now and no dice.

Happened to me and I am new to this jb stuff. I tried to install the same app about 30 minutes later and it worked fine. bugs

I've noticed for some reason Quickpwn isn't adding all repos it's suppose too. The first time I used Quickpwn in windows and got the same problems you guys did. Then I switched to OSX and Quickpwn worked. I thought it was just windows related after that, but I got the same result with OSX a few minutes ago. So who knows?

I Hve the same problem . Just updated to 2.2 and my cydia wont install anything : unmet dependencies : winterboard not showing up either ...... i used Quickpwn on OSX . IF ANYONE FIGURES THIS OUT LET ME KNOW PLEASE .
