why is there a fake winterboard?

in the changes section on cydia? i just checked, and theres a question mark icon next to a description that says winterbaord.



could this be why some people are havign trouble with winterboard and 2.2?

mines working fine. but then again i only have official cydia sources, non of these random language repos or any weird ones from the "ALL Sources" package.
Last time i installed that i had to restore after installing a stupid glitched app from an unsafe source.

i've been reading people say there's somethin up with their winterboard...and i think, installing cydia and winterboard are prolly the 2 easiest things i've done...then i see the fake winterbaord, and wonder if people had installed that instead of the real winterboard


although, i notice its gone now

no all sources get this problem because sometimes cydia knows the package is there but the server does not read the package and it doesent know what the icon or section is.

After reading your post I checked my phone and for sure I had it too. A (No Section) section. It seems that there is a problem with PwnZone package from Zanekills.com, because after I removed it, all is good. I reinstalled it and for sure that repo put that section back in my Cydia. So PZ is off my phone for now. If you need to remove it just browse to it in the More Sources from the main page, modify and remove.
