    Hi JMIGUELES,

Yeah, "amf" (post #7) was right.
I was having the same issue like what u have on the iphone, and I've been "re-pwning" my iphone for more than 5times, but it wasn't fixed until I've tried what amf says there. I did not select any package in the Cydia settings, and since I haven't used installer for a while so I've only selected Cydia in custom package settings, then, do all other steps as usual, finally it's got fixed!

    Default Cydia Issue

I had the same issue. I had to jailbreak my phone 5 times. It finally worked when I build the custom ISPW without selecting anything in the cydia package. Cydia loaded on my phone and it worked. It did give me the initial message about who the user is but I selected it and got in...Thanks derick

Same here. I've removed it and reinstalled too. No difference.
    apt-get remove cydia
    restart iPhone

    apt-get install cydia

    What else to try?
