Can't Get Cydia To Do Anything

Today, I upgraded my 2G iPhone to 2.1 using Quickpwn. I'm on T-mobile and I'm using Windows Vista.

Everything works fine on the phone except Cydia. I can't get it to do anything. It just keeps telling me to add more sources when I try to install anything. When I do install more sources, it doesn't recognize any of those sources.

Can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial or something that can explain to me, in very simple terms, how to use Cydia?

And, if you know what's wrong and can help me fix it in very easy language that a young child can understand that would be great, too.

Thanks.
