    Default Cydia downloading help

I just had Cydia installed on my 2.0 iPhone. When I started the program, there was 8 essential upgrades it told me to download. However, as I'm downloading, the download progress bar would go, and then stay in one place for a long time (30 min+ and still not moving). Although the bar is not moving, the "loading circle" is still spinning on the screen. I had to force quit/restart (home and silence buttons) my iPhone since the screen just stayed there. Is the screen supposed to stay there... or is something wrong with Cydia on my iPhone...?

Usually takes about 2 mins to load and install these updates... one of the sources most likely timed out. You're on Wi-Fi right? Just re-open cydia and try again.

No, I'm using EDGE. The circle thing keeps spinning, but the progress bars and words stay the same.
