i downloaded the FWchanger, but i was just wondering what happens hen i sync an app from my computer to my iphone (ver 2.0) if it requires 2.1? and is this safe to use?

Ok, just kidding...anything from 2.0 on up to 2.1 is compatible.

no, honestly, i can just leave it 2.1, even if i m rly 2.0, and i can download any 2.1 ipa directly from my iphone and sync from my comp?
