Cydia can't install sources

I wanted to install new sources on cydia but when I go to the manage screen it only has the installed sources and no place to edit or add. I dont know if I wasnt suppose to update everything after i first installed cydia. Please help! How do i get cydia to let me add sources do i delete it?

Hi,

1) Open Cydia
2) Make sure all essential upgrades are installed
3) Go to Manage
4) Click on Sources
5) Click on Edit (top right corner)
6) Click on Add (top left corner)
7) Add your source

If this doesn't work you can:

1) Using WinSCP on Windows, or CyberDuck on Mac, connect to your iPhone or iPod Touch. Many guides are available on this. A quick search will show them.
2) Navigate to the directory: /etc/apt/
3) If a file there called sources.list already exists, skip to step 5.
4) Create a file (either locally or on the iPhone or iPod Touch itself) called: sources.list
5) At the end of the file, on a new line, add the the sources you want
6) Save the file and make sure it is uploaded/located at: /etc/apt/sources.list
8) Open Cydia. It should update the list of repos.

Hope this helps
