Why Your Getting the POSIX Cydia Error
To the people who dont know wtf is up, on the main home page of cydia, it clearly states "Note: ZodTTD's repository is getting a large amount of traffic right now which is whats causes the POSIX connection times out refresh error".

While I have not had that error, i do not have any updated cydia homepage warning of this error either. the homepage still warns of updating to 4.0.2....

How to fix POSIX error on iPhone
I also kept getting that error message error POSIX timed out or whatever, I couldn't read it all. But from what everyone has said, I understand it is a problem with the repositories. So, what I did was begin removing repositories one at a time until I quit getting that damn message. It worked for me, no more error message, and I figure if I find I want a package, I can always install the repository that it is contained in to get it. I wouldn't have figured it out without reading the earlier post, so thank you guys, Have a good one, Zerotee.

Had this errOr for the SAM prefs actual app. Would not connect over wifi. Read this post that someone turned off wifi and it worked. I did the same and sure as s___ it worked like a charm. Now to try and install those apps. Wassup with that?
