Cydia down?
Hi all
I am using an iPhone 3G 2.0.2 jailbroken
Today I updated some packages on Cydia and now I keep getting error msg:
Error: POSIX: Operation timed out
Is anyone facing the same problem? Any fixes?
TIA

yep must be a server issue. Im still able to install apps and such, its just hanging a bit. It seems its just the Featured/Home section that is having the most trouble. Just wonder if he's doing some sort of maintenence, and of course
error: POSIX: Operation timed out.

Same problem but I left cydia open in "changes" and it finished the update, just really slow.

Since so many of us are facing the same problem then it definately must be a server issue.
Lets cross our fingers and hope that it works properly tomorrow.

Zodttd went public with his GBA emulator, and now its getting hammered so hard its even taken his site down.
This also affects Cydia which pings his repo and is whats responsible for the Posix errors we're all receiving.

Weird for me...
I get the error first then, it loads, but then like two seconds later it times out and goes back to the homescreen.
Also, is anyones txt, safari, email apps timing out in the middle of using them? After like 30 seconds of using these apps they go back to the homescreen...?

How do I remove their sources (Zodttd) from cydia? Since it never comes up completely, I can't edit the sources list.
I _do_ have mobileterminal installed. What file do I edit?
