Go to packages and remove the ifonetec source from there. Make sure you have the modmyi source and refresh your sources. MivTones should appear under the modmyi source now under multimedia. After you install it restart your iphone and it should be under settings.

I deleted ifonetec in packages & I have Modmi in both my sources & packages, but I still am not getting the upgrade message nor do I see mivtones in multimedia... Any suggestions? Found it under search. Thanks.
