What Can I delete after Pwning my 1st Gen?

Ok guys I don't know if this has been discussed before or not, but I wanted to ask in my own thread.

I just upgrade my phone from 1.1.4 to 2.0 using the Pwnage Tool. I unlocked & Jailbroke it. I notice (Unlike using Ziphone) that there is tons of stuff installed. I checked via Cydia what got installed. My question is how much of these files are needed to keep the phone in working order? I assume all of them, but if anyone has the answer please enlighten me. Thanks for your time guys.

Cydia displays a lot of "core" packages that are installed on the phone which need to stay there. Do not delete anything if you didn't specifically install it yourself.
