Cydia crashing after SSHing Customize

ok so i was broswing the customize topic in the native apps section, and finally got it all working, but now, after getting customize to work, my Cydia wont open, as in i tap it it acts like its gonna open, then just exits back out to the home screen, i THINK it has something to do with permissions, but im not sure so any help with this would be greatly appreciated, ill try to get a video up when i can..

i get an error when trying to install a theme or file set. Would you know why? My Cydia ok after Customize install
