Cydia Crashes when I try to install apps

My cydia crashes when i try to install apps or upgrade it any suggestions.
I goit an iTouch btw.

try the "cydia manual refresh" in installer

(You need to run these commands as root in Terminal vt-100, do so either by typing "ssh root@[youriPhone'sipaddress]" and logging in, or (if you're on windows) using the Terminal in WinSCP OR Putty)

apt-get dist-upgrade
apt-get clean
apt-get upgrade
apt-get update

Im prolly just gonna restore and reinstall cuz other things dont work either
what installer should i use iLiberty?

Does this help with the crashing? My problem is that after I jailbreak the iphone 3g and than install some apps from cydia. Than I install like 100 apps from Appstore and than if I try to install something from Cydia again. It crash the whole iphone and when I restart it stays in the apple logo crap.

I didn't have this problem right back after the install.
Now it's back again. There has to be a solution to this.
Is Suarik tuned into this forum?
