How to Access Locked Threads?

i noticed that some of the threads are locked and i can't access them. how can i access them?

There are reasons some are the OP of the thread wants it closed. Or just something like someone breaking the rules posting warez or piracy. We lock them kinda threads. After a while we delete them.

hmmm... fair enough. what about the Wallpaper Gallery? can't seem to access it.

I think perhaps you need to give us links of what you can't access, perhaps you have an issue or browser problem.
Wallpaper should be open. If a thread has be closed, you will see below the bottom of the last post that the thread has been closed, if it indeed lock, no one can post in it and there are not many of them.
