Here's a quick stat collection I did comparing iphoneforums highest traffic jailbreak section to ours:

    iPhoneforums iPhone help section:

    2011: 2300 new threads made
2010: 740 new threads made (seems their threads don't go back that far, weird huh for such an old high traffic forum).

    MMi General section under jailbreaking:

    2011: 5300 new threads made
    2010: 7780 new threads made

Now that is just comparing the highest traffic jailbreak sections I could find. From what I can see we have a lot more sub sections than they do so something is telling me that gap could get much wider if I were to continue and work out the stats for every jailbreak section here and there. Not sure you want me to do that though Grant. Let me know how that humble pie tastes, although I am sure you will find some way to spin this somehow to wriggle out of saying you were and are wrong.

He will find some way to spin this in his favor. Just look at his last post. King and Durben both said that he didn't shape the tweak but because Durben said he "could deal" with it not auto updating, that this means that Grant shaped the tweak.

I mean, am I the only one that reads this and seriously thinks that this guy has a serious delusional problem? Something is really off with this guy but I love hearing how he over reaches and how condescending he is. He will not admit out right that he was wrong. Even with these numbers he will not just admit it and stop.

Coming from an outside point of view looking at the subject matter this is what I see.

Always posting about weather not updating from the front porch to the back porch. Damn!!! The widget needs tweaking. A little fix here and it works. But weather is not updating from upstairs to the basement. Damn again.

You guys need to fix my issues of what I'm experiencing. My weather is not updating when I walk from the house to the car and then to the next city over.

I have read it over and over from all the threads. Sorry for the story.

So, my high school football coach loved this one saying that has always stuck with me. I feel this is the appropriate time and location to relay it. Although I'm sure you've all heard it before. Ok. Here goes:
"It is better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak and remove all doubt."

Unfortunately I was working earlier and couldn't post this until I got home, but I have a challenge for you Grant. Find ONE person that ACTUALLY lost their jailbreak due to advice from Bacardi. I'm not saying his advice was on point, or even in the right ballpark, but you said at least 3 people lost their jailbreak BECAUSE of him. Good luck.

Come on now Eric. You should now by now Grant never actually does any leg work to back up all his claims. We are always supposed to just blindly believe him.

I'm sorry I was wrong. That's my bad Or was it Krima's fault. Because his name starts with a K. I was thinking kettle. So statistically speaking, having Krima and King In this debate clearly justifies my answer.

If you check the grocery stores, you will see that kettle corn outsells every other individually flavored pop corns 3-1.

    Gimme that high-5

Thanks, King.. Though I don't remember you coming to my rescue in those days.. talking me off the ledge! What matters is where WW ended up.. Not as much where it started. It's " some people's (K)" insistence that I have nothing valuable to contribute to the "conversation" that's SOO out of proportion in his reaction level. It's just so damned rude. No one on this forum or in my life talks to me with such disrespect as Krima does. These last 24 hours it's raised my blood pressure so high I just added him to my ignore list. I need a few days of break.. I'm also unsubscribing from this thread for a season. Becoming too stressful.

Derrick & Brian, you guys are gentlemen. I appreciate you sharing your perspective from the early days if WW and glad you set the bar high and kept it there. Most others chiming in just twist my words for their own ends. You two don't. Thanks.

Simon, nice sleuth work on the iPf MMI comparison. I know this is a matter of personal pride for you.. But I assure you - when I was searching in the early days MMI hits didn't even make the first page of 10 hits when you entered the word jailbreak. Today, due to megalomaniac moderation over there- it's a dead forum. MMI rules! You and your team in the jailbreak threads with Anthony.. Are AWESOME!

I will not see anyone's response from here on. I don't trust the "on forum" group gang up mentality. I have several of you approved for sending PM's - not all. If you wish to respond. PM me. I will talk with you as individuals for one more day. But not as a group here anymore.

I appreciate the caliber of work so many of you do. See you out in the important threads.
Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!
