Deleting MODMYI repo made my iPhone crash
Cydia kept givin me an error about too many packages to list so I had to delete modmyi repo and it worked fine. Now when I try to add it back it's telling me it doesn't exist it it's a legacy. Any ideas?

If you were getting an error from Cydia, I doubt that the Modmyi repo had anything to do with it. Our repo is packaged into Cydia, so removing it may have further added an issue/conflict you had from before deleting the repo. You may have to restore your phone (as new) and jailbreak again.
Since you didn't state what phone you are using or the OS, it's hard to assist you if help is needed in that process.

iPhone 4 OS 5.1.1 untethered redsn0w jailbreak
And as I said I was getting the error something like "wow there are too many packages in this source to list /var/apt/ modmyi
I know that isn't exact wording but when I deleted it Cydia worked fine again. Now I can't add it back though.
Update: I adds modmyi with the more package sources option on cydia's home screen and now I'm getting the package error from hackyouriphone
Very strange
After uninstalling and reinstalling both I get this again:

Ok I'm not sure why my last post was deleted but 2013-01-15_1 - 2013-01-15_1.jpg - Minus
You can see what I got or a message here. I reinstalled the modmyi with the cydia main page "add more sources" section. Then it did The same thing with another repo. Now it's back to the modmyi error

Hoping there's an iPhone wizard out there that can provide some insight

As I stated above in my post, I believe your only solution is to do a restore, (something is corrupt no doubt) using redsn0w.
With an iPhone 4, you can make a stitched custom firmware (if blobs were saved) and put phone in pwned DFU mode and restore.
Do not use a backup, restore as new.Last edited by blkcadi; 01-16-2013 at 11:17 AM.
