What pre-workout do YOU use?

So iuve been using a few the past few months

I used NO Xplode for a couple months, then Jack3d and now im using 1-MR

So far my favorite has to be Jack3d SO FAR ITS GIVEN ME THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF ENERGY+LIFTING POWER... but it gave me anger issues

As for No xplode all that ever did was give TON of energy to the point i wouldnt sleep but i could workout/run forever.. But it cause me to not eat, i loss all hungry to eat while on it...

As for 1-MR started using it couple days ago gave me kinda the same effect at Jack3d but i could lift A LOT more But no anger problems!


Anyone else uses these? Imo id says Jack3d---->1-MR--->NO Xplode.

yea i use jack3d as well. I havent experienced any anger issues, but i did read that it messes with your kidneys, i havent experienced that yet either. I loved jack3d though because of the boost it give me, like u said

It tends to give me a short temper, I take 2 scoops instead of the recommended one... Hate how it gives cotton mouth tho, i end up drinking up to a gallon at the gym

Xpand, has a good pump. For me at least. I've heard great things on Hemo Rage I'm going to try that out next.

Hemo Rage bruisin berry is legit. Crazy amount of pump, and a lot of focus. The taste is ehh, but it's worth it. I just recently tried out C4 extreme that was good but hemo rage is better
