Something is missing from the info provided. As i see this being need to be double diciphered. ( aka decipher then reverse )

As 9z8 is only clue really given
and this only 3 letter's in puzzle is ard and makes no sence. Even using reverse phone # letters.
even if beginning of avem would mean 1st section is 9z8m
