I'm just hoping LA ends up with a better record than the East teams. It's a virtual tie with Boston right now. They need home court "IF" they get to the Finals.

He was the LA commentator for a VERY Long time. He died in 2002 after almost 40 years as the lakers commentator. This was his most famous quote: "This game's in the refrigerator: the door is closed, the lights are out, the eggs are cooling, the butter's getting hard, and the Jell-O's jigglin'!"
