I keep seeing administrators saying "asking for warez are against the rules. So I'm confused, what are warez? Note: I'm not asking for them or soliciting them in any way intentionally, I just wanna know what they are.

Read the rules warez are pirated apps, music,tweaks, and so on.
Meaning your stealing from a developer or company.

Basically if it's supposed to be a paid item and youre (not you you, I mean figuratively) asking for help on how to get them without paying, youre stealing like westerman said.

Well tried to google the word to post the meaning but seems our company turns Google's safesearch on to strict and it will not change no matter what.

But as they said warez is obtaining or using software illegally. Another words: downloading software without paying for the item.

In an application environment where most apps are less than $5, I find it absolutely mind-boggling the level of piracy that goes on. On a device with an entry level of $200 to even own in the first place, not to mention if said device is an iPhone with monthly contract.
