Default Looking for a m2ts to mp4 converter

I have a ton of high def files in m2ts format that I need to convert to mp4 to load into iTunes to stream to my new apple tv. Suggestions? Handbrake doesn't work. Videora gives me errors when I try and do a custom setting.

Also I need to find something that conserves the 5.1 audio.

Holy crap! You need 3 1TB Time Capsules for that.
Asking for help is different from being stupid. Fanboys can rot in @#$%!
