SSH or iphonebrowswer into your old phone and copy it.. and then paste it into your new phone. /private/var/stash/themes/

Get iphonebrowser. Click on the Goto Location down to UI Sounds. Scroll down to sms-received1.caf. Right click to rename the file sms-received1.bak. Rename the two-way tone to sms-received1.caf. If that doesn't work try sms-received2.caf. It worked for me. Iphone4.
