    We at FightTheFruit.com believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be able to own and use the iPhone without the hassle of Apple's firmware upgrades. We're hoping to convince Apple to open up the iPhone and allow anyone to use it. If we get enough signatures and donations, we will personally deliver the signed petition to Steve Jobs himself!

    the firmware upgrade isnt something that is forced on you, you can choose to upgrade or choose not to, just because it disables all of our modifications you expect apple not to release upgrades that improve the functionality of their products for all of the iphone users that havent modded their phones

    besides im sure apple is assuming that we can figure out how to mod them again
