Ranks of mmi?

I've always wondered about the text underneath usernames (what I call ranks), e.g. "What's jailbreak". Just out of curiosity, what are the ranks of mmi, the amount of posts for that rank, and priveleges (if any for that rank)? Any also, what is the significance of the different-colored usernames (red, yellow, &c)

most ranks are according to post amounts, but special titles (what the text under the name are called) are not according to post count..everyone's title is blue (some exceptions, ZEAL) but username colors mean certain things: red username means moderator, a darker red means super-mod, yellow means theme creator, etc. some titles are custom, and the titles can be changed my mods (maybe just supermods) but only in certain cases.

I'm glad that Zeal does not "haz mod powers" since the Chucktastic Battlecrusher almost had to leave mmi for a year.


On an off-topic note (hey, tis a chit-chat subforum), I found a small find the other day. My blackra1ned ipt3 got killed by water around Aug 15th, so last friday, I bought the new iPT4 8gb model to replace it. I didn't have time to activate it that day, since I had to leave for Campaganza. (Awesome chit-chat topic for another day...) When I returned on Sunday and activated my new ipt4, I transferred my backupd ipt3 settings from iTunes and restored my ipt4 with said settings.

Here comes the mildly interesting part. After restoration, I found out that the iTunes backup also apparently kept and transferred over some tweaked plist settings. Specifically, I'm talking about my custom carrier name (Tamkis, which is me), the percentage near the battery, and a notes account with custom carrier name(?). See the pic. I hope this isn't old news, and don't expect to see a JB coming out of restoration "hacks" like this...


Because I'm now on an ipt4 and on FW 4.1, I'm jailed. I'll live with it until an untethered bootrom JB is found (blackra1n was terrible for me). At least I have two cameras and a mic to play with for now . Tho, I still find myself in the habit of trying to activate the unexisting sbsettings, lol. Really liking the new ipt4 and iOS 4.1 (so far)!

+1 fo ranks. I found an Easter egg regarding ranks: if you put iPad 3G 64GB 3.2 in your device info, your rank changes to "I can haz iPad and custom text!" That's a state law, you can look it up!
