how many degrees does it need to be rotated? 90, 180, etc?
and are you windows or mac?
without knowing any other info, you might try this. i googled it to make a smart @$$ answer, but i found this and it might help you.

I have some tools to do what you are requesting, check your emails for "Kamtis"; that's me.
