I found this cool page on at&t labs about an experimental text2speech server to add said support on future At&t phones. Unlike simple T2S programs, this one has several voices of many ethnic vocal accents, and foreign language support. (E.g. a Spanish dialect voice will speak español). T2S conversion is flawlessly accurate to our natural speaking. You can even download the speech (remember the Vista Crystal theme)?
