Really nice looking truck, What does the "Texas Edition" infer? Additional packages? LS, LT or LTZ?
Love the color (oh yeah, gotta be black), crew cab (a must have) short box, 4x4 it looks like, really set up nice.

I'm jealous ... I wish I had one. But then again, I would get the GMC Sierra Bayou edition in Black... but to each his own and your new truck is still bad *****

I traded in my 2005 ext cab silverado for this one. It has the bigger 5.7L engine, crew cab, upgraded interior. The "Texas Edition" is the towing package.. fog laps and chrome trim package and the 20" wheels. I asked for a custom burnt orange interior but they just weren't having it. @battlecrushr - this IS my new child!

Texas Edition stickers lol. I think it probably has the 6.0 engine too.

Typically it's a rip to buy that way, but it's all in the negotiations my friend, and I am, I must say, one of the best at negotiating a car deal. My Dad taught me very well. If you paid more than $100.00 over dealer invoice for a new vehicle, you paid too much.

@Beloved. I'm usually pretty good at guessing car years. I know the vettes looked pretty much identical for a while there in the nineties. But, 96 is what popped in my head first. So tell me, 96? Or am I fail...

Well I am going to try and grab a new Jetta in Aug(ish) maybe you would be someone to drag along. I was taught no negotiation skills lol.
