Looking for an app but forgot the name!

I saw it on here about a month ago, it was called something like turbo charge iphone (might be completely wrong)
Apparently the app speeds up the phone quite a lot, I remember the dev stating it can reduce the life of the phone.
Any ideas on the name? I searched around but couldn't find it!

was it a jailbreak or normal? just do a search in Cydia/iTunes.
