    Default Iphone 3g not working

    My iphone 3g ver 3.1.2 just went off and now i have tried booting, but it is not booting. Only the apple logo comes and the phone gets switched off.

    Kindly suggest what could be done.

    wrong section, there is a good chance its dead, try keeping it plugged in, off for a day or 2, the battery still charges a little when its off
