iPod to iTunes Question
So why doesn't Apple allow us to move music from our iPods to iTunes? Does it violate something??

... I didn't ask for a program WTF. I asked why apple won't let us do it in the first place? Is it because it violates a policy, etc?

Because its kind of file sharing. If you take your friend's iPod to your house, load 20K songs into iTunes and give it back, its just like using torrents. That's my guess...
