can anyone remember those pcitures with a sign that says something like
"hi your using a windows xp operating sytem with a AOL internet browser and your ip is 128.1.234.456" ?

if you can remember do you know how to make them? i found out a longgg time ago but can't remember for the life of me.

Your browser sends info of what browser and os you are using. This is why some of those stat companies start rumors because they see a new iPhone OS in the list of used devices to access items. The destination can see the IP you are using.
