How do I convert VC-1 to x264 on Windows 7?
Ever since I upgraded from XP to Windows 7 all the video conversion programs I used are not compatible. I've searched all over doom9 and afterdawn and others to try and find an answer and after much trial and error I'm stuck. Why would I want to do this you ask? Well when I rip my blu ray disks to my HD and stream them to my PS3 they have to be in x264 format for compatibility.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I'd check vcdhelp.com to see if they have any solutions. I've always liked them over afterdawn and doom9.

Like ikesmasher said, use XP mode. Or use a different virtual machine solution that can use XP. VMware and Parallels are generally the best choice for emulating XP, but you need a Mac.Asking for help is different from being stupid. Fanboys can rot in @#$%!
