I have been reading for a few days here and thought I knew what to do, and may be stuck- Can someone take me by the hand and lead me out??

I have iPhone 3G vers 2.2.1 (5H11) modem firmware 02.30.03 and am a WinXP user. Redsnow doesn't seem to work on 5H11.
