ModMyI asking users to click on google ads! Shocking!
Clicking a link in the forum took me to a forum page with a popup saying that access is restricted and to gain full access, you need to click on the google adsense links below.
This is fraud, and google watches this like a hawk. God forbid if google got wind of this, modmyi would lose its google adsense account faster than you can apologize.
I'm sure this was most likely a mistake, otherwise, the owners here should be very ashamed.

there is no"VIP" as far as i know. and GTFO over it, there is nothing to be ashamed of to put ads on your site, to maintain a very expensive project.

You should WANT to click the ads. It supports the very forum you are frequenting.
I, personally, would like the option of a member subscription that would remove the adds. I don't see it happening, but at least be courteous enough to help lower costs by visiting some of the sponsors of this forum.

Calm down sparky....its not from us....
And further more, I dont get anything when clicking on the link you provided...
So before jumping us I would run a check on YOUR computer as it sounds infected with Adware to me.

I'm just pointing this out because I don't want to see modmyi run In to trouble. Regardless of whether u think that asking users to click ads should be allowed or not, google had decided it defrauds the advertisers and will revoke the permission to use google ads from any site caught asking for clicks.
Modmyi is far too large and respectable of a site to have used this technique which is why I hope and am confident that there's some sort of mistake. Just to be sure, can anyone confirm they're seeing this message too?No signature links.... only warning
