Anyone know what i'm looking for?
Basically, here's what i need. I have a laptop that works but the screen is gone. I've talked to a couple computer repair shops they said if i get this cable and run it to my tv it will work. The guy said that i need a VGA cable, I do believe that is it. Remember back in the day when huge monitors it had that end on it? http://bit.ly/pGXNw That's the end i am looking for. But see that cable wont work because my tv doesn't have that end on it. So i was thinking if they made a VGA cable so i can hook it up to my laptop and run it to the Red White and Yellow End Thing (AV Ends) I think that's it or to a hdmi. So that's what i need. do they make em? I've looked on google and i can't figure out what to really put in. So can anyone help me?

you really have to know what are the connectors on your laptop and on your tv.
it could be serial, dvi, vga, hdmi.
RadioShack should carry these connectors adapters.
According to your pic, that's serial.

Yeah but here's my problem with the S-Video. I forgot to mention this. Because the screen is broke, I can change the display options for it to go through the S-Video. I was told if it was the other cable it would automatically go to the other screen.
