I know a bunch of freshmen/sophmore girls that have them. But some just use their friends that look similar. The truth of the matter is that you can find them by talking to people about it. Just ask around abit (discretely of coarse). Every college town has that one guy that is down to make some cash by making some I.D.'s.

If you can't even grow hair you can forget about passing for anything (16,18,21). With or without an id, they'll just refuse you.

When I was that age I never got a fake
id so I've never used one. The bottom level of our home held my bedroom, a pool room, a full
wet bar, and darts/mini golf. I never had a reason to have an id. Everyone stayed at my house and partied through the week (10th grade+) so we used our weekends for camping and riding trails with dirt bikes and stuff.
