Show Off Your Speed Test
Have just bought the 3GS & quite impressed with the speed test result.
Lets see who has the fastest speed, and where you are located.

5.4Mb?!?! I thought Aussie land was "blessed" with horrid Internet speeds?
Anyway, I haven't had the chance the test mine in a city yet, but here's what I get in my town:
Also, Internet wise I'm getting 10Mb/512Kb speeds, but I'll be on 50Mb/1.5Mb soon

Yep, there are a lot of people moaning about it, saying its not up there with other countries but its aok for my needs.

Up north internet, which ironically is better than my home internet (which sits at about 1.25 down).
Also, my other reason for posting: the Speedtest app doesn't seem to be accurate at all for me on Wifi ever or on 3G most of the time... Anyone else have this happen?Respect your elders.

Hello everyone, I'm new and figured this would be my first post....I've ran the speed test on my phone and its usually pretty bad :P But it beats nothing.

I don't understand it though. I've talked to ATT multiple times on the computer and the phone and all they can do is say they'll send someone out to check it. (which costs monies) I dont understand what they would see by physically coming out here... :/ Originally Posted by mac-mini
