In the user CP.

At the top right corner of this page you will see a box relating to you. It says Welcome bobright. Click the word User CP.

When your CP opens up on the left hand side you will see:

• Your Profile
• Networking
• Settings & Options

Under Settings&Options...Select Edit Options

Then you will see:

• Login&Privacy
• Messaging&Notifications

Under Messaging&Notifcations you will see:

• Receive Email
• Default Thread Subscription Mode

Under Default Thread Subscription Mode:

Select the drop down box and set it to:
No email notifications

There are other options in there, but I leave it at that so that any thread I reply in is still added to my subscriptions, but I do not receive any emails. I can then find threads I posted in easier that may be of interest to me.
