I have a grand Central Account http://www.grandcentral.com/inbox
It would be sweet if we could hack the voice mail button to take us to our grand central email page.
Then we would have visual voice mail too....Just a thought. I know I can not do it. I do not have that Skill Set.

I signed up for it and got into the test. However, I think I'm going to stick with my current voicemail service http://youmail.com. It seems more mature and pretty dang easy to use.
I don't think I would ever use the feature that rang all of my phones at the same time for one caller. Most of the time, I don't give out my cell number because I DON'T want it to ring.
However, I can see it being useful if you want to give the same number to multiple people and have only a few select people get through to your mobile number. But they would always have to call from the same line themsevles. *shrugs*

And, you can set up a temporary number in just a few seconds for all of your calls to go to. It rocks like a porn star.

I use youmail also. I like both. The only thing I hate about grand central is getting a new number but I think the features outway youmail...
however I am still using youmail. I have not converted to grand central yet. It saying that the same feature would be nice. If the voicemail button took us to our youmail inbox

I finally took the time to make an app that allows Grand Central voicemail! It's a WebApp and was hacked together in one night, but it does what I needed.
You can read more at my blog or try it out on your iPhone by opening Mobile Safari and typing in rectu.ms/iphone
I appreciate any feedback, but would find it easier to respond to comments on my blog.
Sorry for bringing back such an old post, just trying to get word out.
