How much free space do you have?!

Just for fun.
I've got about 3.5 GB free.

Open iTunes and click on the iPhone Tab.
Check the free space at the bottom.

I would easily have it 100% filled, except there are a number of threads on here and the official apple discussion boards that claim you should leave at least 300-500MB free for performance and stability issues.

So because of that, I have around 500MB open.

u can also goto settings>general>about and its displayed there.

2.9gig's free on my 8gig

Working with 2.4 gigs of space left on an 8 gig.... I never bought or even used anything off of itunes, and now that I have an iphone, I cant stop. I got tv shows galore, apple knew what they were doing.

Since everyone can have a different size iPhone it would make more sense for you to change the poll to percentage rather than GB.

That would be a good idea,
except that:
1) You can't edit polls (as far as I know)
2) About %75 of people have an 8 gig (source)
3) The 4 giggers can still choose how much they have left, and can make a post about it if they want.

1- top right corner of the poll box if the option is turned on by your admin.

2- so you are leaving out 25% of the forum at least.

3- I see no way that can be accurate in a poll geared towards 8 gig units.

Don't mind me though, it just seems like flawed logic.

ive got 4.7 gb left with two full 2hr movies a nice set of 3d party apps 250 songs. GOod thing i dident get the 4gb model.
