Havent been getting many views let alone posts, but I want to get this in the upcoming week so I can get my 3GS with it. Both have the same RAM, 4 GB, the only difference is the processing speed. Thanks

You will be just fine with 2.53GHz!!
Take that $300.00 and buy a 1TB storage.
