Concerning modmyi.co.uk! Would like to create a modmyi site for the UK visitors.

Hi,
I currently own the domain modmyi.co.uk and would like to create a website similar to this but dedicated to the UK visitors as lots of information on this site is about AT&T and in England this does not exist. I am very capable of building a vbulletin forum. But would like your opinion on this?
I have tried to PM poetic_folly but with no response, but cant blame him he must get hundreds of PM's a day. So would like to speak with someone with a bit of power and what they think about this idea.

Yes, cos handing about 30% of their regular visitors to a rival site is obviously a great idea!

Get a different domain and start your own site, no need too ride on the coat tails of others

Bad idea for you, modmyi is a reregistered trademark and you already have a iPhone site up and running with that domain name.

Heres a suggestion take down the site and transfer the domain over to cash7c3 and poetic_folly

Lol i dont mean it to be a hit. I only use a free blogging script so I can get adsense. If i wanted to install vbulletin and null your style I would but the fact is I dont want to. I only want to make a bit of extra cash!

Thats because they don't have to pay anything, seeing as their name is registered. And again, seeing how its a registered name. They would not be paying lawyer fees, you would.

Go riiiight to the bottom of this page. LLC= Limited Liability Company = Name taken

You cant take the ModMyi prefix at all- you can use the i for i.co.uk, if you want.

There has got to be something in the air right now with all the children coming out of school for the summer. I am having trademark issues with my site and some little scum attempting to tease me with my own product by imitating it and the rights to it. I'm in the middle of turning his blue skies grey at the moment with some good old fashioned layer smacking around. He's doing the exact same "i can do anything" BS right now.

Let's just clean everyone's clocks in one shot.
