I have posted to this forum and almost all of them is to help this forum. I have found a few times what I posted to this forum to be important... I post then I see a similar posting from a mod or a writer and its on the front page and then my posting means nothing..... and I have seen that I posted at earlier times as well.... one time I also pointed it out to one of the mods here.....

Then if you go to the home page of this forum at this time there is a posting that is quite similar.

I have did nothing but try to give this forum info to help it out and when ever I post something I search the site so that I don't step on someone else's feet if they have posted what I was going to post at that time...

Sorry for venting.... had to get it off my chest......

I agree. I didn't like posting something in the member written news for it to be squashed by a front page thread. But at the same time I had several of the threads I wrote there moved to the front page. Keep up the good work, because there are many of us who enjoy your write ups.

No I do not have a staff writer position...... just do it because who knows? LOL When I see something I think may be useful to someone else I post it...

Not sure what your problem is. Anyone can copy/paste wholesale from another website. Are you the only one that should be allowed to?

We love thetoothfairy, actually. redcard actually does have a point, however brusque, your post is an exact, word for word copy of Digital Compass (Magnetometer) Confirmed in Next iPhone? - Mac Rumors. We are an iPhone news site as well as guides and forums - copying another post on our own front page is plagiarism and bad journalism.

You ARE quick on the draw - if you could write your news as a original article, sourcing the original info, and then PM myself, we could possibly then move it to the front page. For now, we can't (won't) post stuff that isn't original!

Everything dispersed on this site is important issues to everyone, no matter who there from. This ain't a contest to see who is the best helper or information giver. So toothfairy, just keep pumping out the info and helping whoever needs help. I have found alot of your post to be of great help to me and others. Hope you don't get discouraged and leave the MMI family, we need people like you to make this site what it has become today.

When I have posted things I am not doing it for a pat on the back or to be favored etc.... as you all have known I have had lots of time on my hands due to my neck surgery.... I am able to do more each day as it is going slow with my neck but I keep coming back here to find more things to post even though my life is getting busier.......

I can't thank you all enough for the kind words as I do highly appreciate them...

I was going to apply as a writer over at 148Apps - iPhone Application and Game Reviews and News as they are requesting them but did not apply yet.... believe me I could.....I have tons of apps (574) that I could write about... LOL

Buying apps is what kept me going with that dumb neck brace on... seeing what was out next and buying it!
