Help!!![missing Image]

Ok, I am missing a file/image thing on my phone.

It is the top part that is black on the home screen but when you go to an app such as settings, it turns to a silver-ish type thing.

This is the thing that the time, service bars, battery life, edge/wi-fi, and carrier icons all rest on.

I need the image and the file name to upload, also, where to upload.

I am using iBrickr...
