I love my iphone. its way more different than any onther phone. It looks different it feels different it smells different. BUT boy does it sound the same when you drop it.. I was terrified ive been beat up stabbed and shot at and all of that was way more pleasant than "the drop". The first thing i checked to make sure wasnt broken was the ipod self turning screen feature or whatever you wanna call it. and it was fine screen fine. this isnt a sad story but a very scary one. Luckily though i had a rubber incase boy does that thing work.

Ah the drop... a scary story. The iPhone holds up very well to drops, though - its sexy AND strong!

I had my first "scary" experience yesterday. My iPhone just slipped out of its holster. I have the iSee and the acrylic case protected enough so that even after dropping 4 feet onto concrete with a bounce onto the street, it was unscathed! But I don't know which was worse, the terrible sound or front-row seat to the slow motion decent of $600 of mostly glass falling towards the rock-hard, unforgiving sidewalk!
