Which phone should i get ??

Im about to renew my contract with tmobile.Im gonna get a new phone to either sell it or just have extra phone .I just dont know which one.
What do you think?? Which tmobile phone should i get.

PS:They offered me unlimited minutes for $49.99 , so im gonna jump on that.
